I so enjoyed my visit today.. I got a lot of questions answered about my cricut...so I understand more of what i was doing and now i feel really empowered to take on any challenge with new projects.. The employees are super helpful and knowledgeable

My experience at this location (Waldorf, on December 3) was very good. I didn't have to wait to enter the store, all of the registers were operating so that my wait time was very short, employees were fully engaged, I found what I was looking for, and the store was clean and organized. Most importantly, people were practicing social distancing. All the complete opposite of what I experienced at the Bowie location a day later, where I never intend to visit again.

Found what I was looking for

This store has been going through a revamp. I was looking for items that were currently not in stock but they said they are still being items in. Staff was polite. *Place was clean*. Prices are higher than Hobby Lobby but it's closest craft store we have.
