I wanted to use my 6th month warranty because my boots fell apart, we’re leaking through the soles and leather. The man at the desk told me my 6 month warranty was expired by 2 weeks, which wasn’t true. He gave me the worst time about the warranty and then criticized how I take care of my WORK boots.

William was very helpful in explaining the various shoes available for women and in sole support. Great customer service!
