Shoe Dept. Encore

The store manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I made a honest mistake about a refund and she raised her voice speaking in a high tone in front of other customers. When I asked her why she was speaking so loudly she got angry and said it’s because of her mask. This definitely needs to be addressed as management should never be allowed to do behave in this manner. Corporate needs to do something.

Gotta love the prices in this store! Could have bigger selection of sizes and colors in brands though.

This store pretty clean and organized plus I like how they display the shoes and merchandise within the store, pretty presentable, only knock on Shoe Dept is I wish they had more variety of brands in different colors other than that it's good.

Nice big selection of shoes for the whole family. Many brands/cute styles; purses too. Four stars because they don't have many wide widths. More wide widths please (esp. 9.5w & 10w in the new, cute & popular womens' styles!) Thank you.
