I take both my children here. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Great doctors, great nurses, and great office staff. Easy to get an appointment and they know how to deal with children

My issue with this office was mainly the billing dept. They had issues with filing timely bills/claims to my insurance on more than one occasion and then claimed I had to foot the bill. I paid a bill that should've been submitted to my insurance more than once. On the most recent occasion, I ended up having to call my insurance and verify my own coverage and they advised me to have the doctors office to call and submit the bill. They had never even submitted the bill to them but told me that they ( my insurance) wouldn't accept the bill.... If you want timely service and to not hand out money for inadequate work, I'd go elsewhere.

Dr. O is amazing! She takes her time with your children and she ensures the parents understand their health. I have been with Dr. O's office for about 12 years, but I had a change in my insurance one year and had to leave her office. As soon as open enrollment came around I called the office to find out which insurance they accepted and my employer offered because in my mind, there was no other doctor for my children.
