It's an emergency clinic, so you can't expect to be seen right away, but I've never been there more than 3 hours and they do as much as they can for your pets. Their phone staff is nice and so are the technicians. I only use them in emergencies but I can say it works like any other urgent care or emergency room. Will definitely keep them as a back up.

The first time I pulled up I waited for 2 hours and then I called to ask what the wait time will be. I was told we would be called no earlier than another hour but that the doctor was going into surgery and it will be change of shift for everyone. I said I'll just take my dog to her vet tomorrow and I left. They called me to get a history about 20 minutes later (after I'm almost home). They advised I call poison control and come back. So I did. Once I was able to get her seen, the doctor called me and I was telling him what was going on, he tells me well I'm going to hang up with you so we can stop guessing what's going on (or something to that affect). They did he xray and exam and prescribed a pain med. Total bill $340. The staff was nice aside from the doctor not having been taught how to end a conversation with a customer. You sit in your car the whole time, so I can't comment on the facility. It's best to go later you'll be seen quicker if it's something that can wait for a little bit. It's pricey but I'm guessing it's because of the type of service.

I really appreciated the caring way in which the staff helped me say goodbye to my beloved dog. They handled the situation with professionalism and appreciation for my loss. I would recommend them for any one who needs to put down their dog.

Even with Covid it was a great first time experience. They quoted me 500-1k over whatnot actually coat which was amazing! Great service and my baby boy is feeling so much better!

The Vet (Dr.Slajchert) was verynrude & they make you wait hours before seeing your pet. I immediately told them to bring me my dog after speaking with him. I won’t be coming back here again. I recommend Friendship Hospital over this one. Dr. Faux please consider hiring new staff.
