MedStar Health at Brandywine

I have been trying to call all afternoon and your phone rings once and hangs up. Now have to go someplace else...our primary doctor is with you and we can't reach her when needed because your phone lines are not working-frustrating!!

They only get 2 stars because the Doctors in the orthopedic dept are very good.nOtherwise the desk staff is loud an unfriendly.nThe biggest problem is the scheduling.nIt appears that the Doctors are over booked. I have been coming here for a few years. It never gets fixed. A 1-2 hour delay is typical. I realize the doctors are trying to do a good job, and my experience is they are. However, every patient has a schedule too. It is rude to assume we have nothing better to do than sit in your waiting room for hours. Either hire more doctors or farm out your patients elsewhere. I don’t believe you will do that though because it’s all about money. Unfortunately I have to make a decision that may affect my health care and move to another orthopedic Doctor who respects my schedule as I respect his.nnUPDATE 2/9/2021nI needed an appt with my Doctor on short notice, so I accepted the appointment for the Brandywine location.nThe front desk staff has improved, I was moved from process to process quickly and they were friendly and courteous.nI’m not sure if the level of service is improved or there is less stress due to the restrictions in scheduling. I’m hoping this is improvement is a lasting change.nUnfortunately I wasn’t seen for nearly 45 minutes after my scheduled time.nSo m going to rate them 4 stars because the staff has improved very much and the Dr.s are as usual very good once you get to see them..

Although I am not a patient here, I tried calling this morning to become a new patient. I’m not sure if this is a common issue or not, but the young lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude. Short and seemed to have an attitude. I simply stated “Never mind, I think I’d like to make an appointment elsewhere.” That being said, I have made an appointment elsewhere, but it’s a shame that your customer service there was enough of a deterrent to not even give your office a chance. Customer service could be much better.

My appointment was scheduled at 9:15 waiting time was 5 min staff members friendly Dr A Lee was very knowledgeable help me understand my diagnose thank u staff members and Dr Lee MD.

I have enjoyed working with Charles over the past several months. His friendliness, professionalism and knowledge have made my healing process easier. Using the information from my MRI, our conversations and his assessment, he was able to provide me with specific exercises regimen to recovery. I would highly recommend MedStar Health Physical Therapy in Brandywine.
