United Medical Center

I had a great experience at United Medical Center. I got my COVID vaccine about a month ago. I get very nervous when getting shots, but my nurse, Saba Tadesse, was extremely kind and supportive by talking me through the process and distracting me as well as asking if I needed anything/bringing me water. She made my experience extremely positive. :) I can't recommend this nurse enough. My experience overall at United Medical was also very positive.

My husband and I just got our first Covid shots there today. It was a fantastic experience. The staff is totally professional and very friendly. The process worked like you would expect a good hospital to work. Feeling very upbeat about beating Covid after this experience!

We just had our first covid vaccines at UMC today. We live in NW but the part of the UMC medical facility we saw and the staff that served us could not be bettered in NW in our opinion. The parking was free (compare this to the extortionate parking rates you pay in the across the River DC hospitals) the place was well kept, clean and tidy and all the personnel we met were polite, efficient and professional. The vaccine operation was well staffed so we had little waiting time. Once we had signed in which was quick we waited 15 minutes in the wait room and were seen 15 minutes before our allotted time. A big thank you to all the staff!

I'm posting this review on behalf of my in-laws on their visit to UMC to get the COVID-19 vaccine. My mother-in-law shared their experience:nnFrom day one, when I first spoke with the reservation specialist, she was extremely professional, organized and thoughtful. Even though my husband had two doctor appointments scheduled for the week, she was able to give us an appointment to fit our tight schedule. Upon our arrival to UMC, from signing in at the front desk to the finish line (receiving the vaccine), the entire UMC COVID-19 Team portrayed exemplary behavior in all aspects of work. They cared for and looked after the needs of others. We were so pleased with the service we received, we're looking forward to our next visit in February for our second shot. Thanks to the COVID Vaccine Team. We are truly grateful!

I had a Great experience with all the medical and front line staff. The process to to receive the Covid vaccine, for my father, was swift and very organized.
