A headache trying to reach them for something very important. Or just need to know information. All numbers say the same thing. Your on hold. and no one EVER PICKS UP FRUSTRATING AS H***. AND IT'S BEEN THIS WAY WAY BEFORE COVID! SOMEONE GIVE US A BREAK!!!
Everyone else is right. I am a new member, and I had to call 7 times before I was able to setup an appointment (Very frustrating).
Staff is wonderful but the doctor is very rude.
I've been using GB for many years.And my providers have been great.But as the other reviews have said,you can not get thru on the phone...it's extremely frustrating.
Agree with Connie. Can't get anyone on the phone I call.
