Very well organized during the pandemic- didn’t have to leave my car. Everyone, including the vet, was cordial and kind.nnOnly thing keeping me from 5 stars is they’re busy so do prepare to stick around for 1.5 hours. Took 30 minutes to get a call that someone was coming to get my pup.

Saturday was great. Phone service and pickup/return of JUPITER to his car was excellent. Staff provided exceptional service from the time we pulled on the lot to being assigned a # space. Each time we visit the service gets better and better. Thank you and keep up the good work for LOVING OUR PETS!

Was called that morning and instructed to come early. Arrived 15 minutes early. Both puppies were hot and scared. Filled out forms and waited for someone to come to car to get them. After 10 minutes I got out of car and flagged someone down who reluctantly took the forms to office. After a total of 25 minutes I got out of car again to ask why we were still sitting in hot car. Puppies by this time had soiled themselves! Another 5 minutes and someone finally got the puppies. Another person volunteered to hose out one of the two car carriers, which was the only good thing. Puppies wet and soiled returned to me after receiving their shots. Received some cube pill for just one of the two puppies, although both needed it.. We paid LCAR $400 for each puppy! Never coming back here again.

I had a good experience with them so far they've been really good to us and I get right to the point. I'm happy. And the prices are much better in most places. I used to go to one veterinarian he has now retired and I wish him the best he's one of the best veterinarians in Charles County Maryland and I really do like him he was the best.nnOctober 19,2020. Update.nI would like to give an update October 19, 2020. I would like to say thanks for paw prints for helping us with our pets and they circumstances, I understand about not being with your pet during the visit but I will say they will listen to your concerns and they will help you. I want to say thanks for trying to say one of our dog's life due to the other Clinic negligence we lost that dog because of their negligence so I still recommend paw prints they are the best so far I'm really happy and pleased with them. Now we have another sick dog little Viper and they told us that he is going into kidney failure and they are trying to help him out right now giving him medications and food and stuff to see if this will reverse things. We found out that the reason why he's in kidney failure is due to some recall of dry dog food so that's why I'm reposting this for this year for everybody to watch out cuz her dog food thanks for the doctor letting me know about this I will Google the information on recall on dog food and see what is on recall thank you for this information and I'm really happy I give you five stars and I will recommend people to come here to see you guys at paw prints Animal Hospital thank you at least I told me about a little girl before she passed away due to the other clinics negligence. At least they did try to save a pet I do give him credit please come and see paw print Animal Hospital thank you.
