UM Charles Regional Imaging

I had an ultrasound done with Lindsay and I could not have felt more comfortable during my high anxiety. I was very impressed when the radiologist took the time to speak with me and explain what she was seeing. I would highly recommend this facility!

This place is a horrible. I had images done with them twice and both times the images were no good and actually showed a mass in my lower intestine. The second time they gave me twice the barium and still the images were no good. Since the images showed a mass in my lower intestine, I then had to go to the Georgetown Medical Center in Washington, D.C. I ended up having a CT scan at Georgetown because the images were bad (500 dollars in cost) which came back clear and nothing wrong. Georgetown could not disregard the images from University of Maryland though, so then I had to have an endoscopy done to actually look and make sure there was no mass in my intestine (over 500 dollar cost). After doing all of that and having to take LWOP for appointments before procedures and having actual procedures done it cost me over 2,500 dollars in cost due to the images being incorrect. It was so bad that I even attached a letter from Georgetown University Medical Center stating the images were not good. I sent them the letter and they still sent my fees into collections when they acted like everything was fine. All of a sudden I get a collections notice on images that did nothing but cause me problems. I suggest you go somewhere else for images. The employees were nice but that is it. So 1,000s in debt and fees to their faulty images and then I still have to pay for them. NEVER going back there again and I will definitely be telling everyone I can. I have also had others mention the same thing to me after I mention the story to them. ......... As you can see that they posted a reply with a number that is not even in service . Again, never go to this place. Waste of time and money that I don't have.

I wish I could give them 0 star they cancel my appointment already 2 times saying doctor had an family emergency. i know for the fact if i was the one cancelled on them they would of charge for cancellation. I drive all the way from manassas VA to here. Please stay away from this facility

Excellent service with professional staff. My husband and I have used this facility on 3 separate occasions and our opinion just keeps getting better with each visit. They are the best and will HIGHLY recommend to friends and family.
