I've brought my new puppy in two times. the service has been excellent. the first visit, the vet came outside (due to covid, could not go in) and talked with me about the puppy, asking if i had any concerns. the second time, sitting in my car, the vet called and asked if i had any questions and what the process was for my puppy. everyone was friendly and answered any questions i had. great experience.

Both the staff and doctors are extremely rude and high-handed. They will not discuss diagnostics with you but will instead tell you what has to be done - which will be very expensive and mostly unnecessary. This practice is all about adding on anything to the bill they can think of.nWorst of all, you would think that all that extra money would translate into extra time and patience for frightened or unhappy pets but you would be wrong.

I gave them a 3 because I do believe everyone there was nice and caring about the animals they see, but when the national average to spay a cat is $300 to $500 they quoted me $830! That was with a $400 credit! With these hard times of COVID, many families will leave pet care to the last due to money being tight. The fact that they literally gouge their clients is sad. Twice the national average? I have 3 pets, and we choose to go elsewhere, not because we have money, but because I choose to go to a more honest and committed to the community vet.
