I would like to speak highly of Paris. She's patient and shows compassion when I brought my son on 2/5/21. Nurse Shine and Dr Charlene were very patient. Keep up the excellent ratings at this urgent care. I will always recommend this urgent care. Paris knows how to calm a patient nerves

Great great clinic. I personally experienced a very polite and friendly group of staff members while getting my Covid-19 test taken care of. The receptionist Paris was very professional and helpful. The nurse Monique as well as Dr. Charlene got me in and out and were extremely professional in the process. The only thing that didn’t go so smooth was trying to call and setup the appointment but that’s out of the staff members control. They did assist me right then and there on setting up an appointment online and got me taken care of. Off that experience, I highly recommend them.

Visited this place over the weekend to have a wound cleans and drained. Upon Getting there the staff up front very nice respectable and professional. Upon seeing the doctor he was not so professional made me feel very uncomfortable he did not sanitize my wound at all even after cleaning me up he still never sanitize me or my wound upon packing my wound he tried to send me out of there with the open wound not cover I also did not get any pain medicine and he did notncleaning on the wound the areabefore he cut into my skin.

I went for a COVID 19 test on Monday morning, with no appointment, and the receptionist was nice enough to give me one immediately. She got me registered ahead of time, and when it was time for my appointment they were on time, courteous, and professional (the whole staff). I was in and out, with questions answered, in record time for an urgent care facility!

I received great quality care during our visit. My family and I wanted to get COVID testing before traveling. Dr. Hill was very pleasant and explained everything to us perfectly. Danielle and Justice our nurses were great with services being rendered, very engaging and was able to make us feel very comfortable during the visit. Paris the receptionist was great, she was able to process all of our documentation, explain what needed to be completed, and had great organizational skills. I was able to see how well she worked with clients as she also looked out for the well-being of others and their needs. This was a great experience. We were walk ins on a Sunday and the wait time was little to none. By the time I was done with paperwork, we were already being called back for testing.
