- The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from the person who checked me in through the physician who treated me.n- The wait was very reasonable considering the number of patients present at the time of my visit.n- The staff took the time to explain what they were doing throughout the process and answered my questions in layperson terms.n- Established COVID-19 protocols were followed closely by staff and required of patients.n- The facility was clean and well organized.nnAltogether a very positive experience.

I ran in there 30 minutes before they closed and never once I felt rushed or anything. Excellent customer service from everyone from the receptionist all the way up to the nurses and doc. Great experience. Will come back in the future.

This is the first time that I have been able to see someone and get treatment; I usually get turned away from PF because of my allergies and pre existing conditions. But everyone here was WONDERFUL! I was comfortable and put at ease with everyone here. They treated me with respect and value, as if I were a friend. My safety was paramount, and the area was clean and sterile, yet patient friendly. I will GLADLY return to this PF and refer others here as well!

I was extremely appreciative of the care I received from my entrance to exit! My Dr. was just awesome. He took the time to make sure my concerns were heard. That alone was priceless!

Dont go to this place I got hurt at work went here to be seen. The doctors, & nurse agreed that I can’t drive with the open toed boot I’ve been given. Yet won’t list that on my note for my job. Although I’m genuinely hurt they’ve allowed my job to think my injury isn’t as serious as it is. If you want a doctor that will have your back, vouch for your injury and limitations post injury don’t come here. The only one who had any sense was the X-ray tech who seemed to have more training than the insensitive doctor(s) and nurses. Additionally I waited for an hour and half once I was behind the curtain waiting to be seen. And they weren’t even crowded. It was like 5 people when I initially went in this facility. Terrible!!!!
