We have eaten at The Charles many times. The food is always delicious and the staff friendly. Today, they got one dish on my order wrong. I brought it to the bartender's attention who immediately informed the manager. They prepared the correct dish and offered me free desert. I didn't take the desert, but they let us keep the wrong order and the right one. I appreciate that they are here and doing well and I will continue to support them.
Had my brothers Dinner Rehearsal here for his upcoming wedding and it was so beautiful and elegant. They were very friendly and such great hosts. They accommodated social distance guidelines for such a large party. The food and drinks were delicious , a must go to spot!
Wow! Everything thing was absolutely delicious.nWe had the crab dip, crab soup, steak fries entree with the hanger steak and one of the burgers and it was all amazing. The steak tasted like free range cattle. It was so good.nOur server was amazing. She was so sweet and thorough. She really cared about our experience. We are definitely going back. I can't wait to try something new. The herb roasted chicken smelled amazing.
We absolutely love this place. Brandon was our server today and he was amazing!! Very attentive to our needs, kind, professional and even got our sense of humor. We will definitely be back because of him. Oh and the food is delicious.
What can I say but that I have found a place that I really enjoy coming to. I've been there 3 times already within a month. The food is amazing very fresh tasting and the service is very inviting. Love this place I've had brunch and dinner and both were amazing
