Buffalo Wild Wings

Good service

I ordered a delivery order via the app from the waldorf location. I ordered a kids meal for my napping daughter, 10 wings (5 lemon pepper sauce not dry rub, 5 spicy garlic, all fats with a side of carrots/celery and spicy garlic sauce. Delivery was by door dash and arrived at the designated time. When I opened my bag, I only found the kids meal and 5 dry rub lemon pepper wings, all flats. I called me door dash driver and he stated he would go back to the restaurant. To correct the order, buffalo wild wings provided me with my 5 flat spicy garlic wings and instead of a new correct order of sauced lemon pepper wings, all flats, they gave me the lemon pepper sauce and seasoning to add to the wings I had at home. While I would have preferred all fresh hot wings given my wings at home would be cold upon receiving my additional 5 wings and sauce, I was fine with them providing me with the sauce. The reason I am really giving this a 1 Stat is because on the packaging of my food, buffalo wild wings placed a sticker that has a line for someone to sign stating they reviewed the order and ensured all items were included. Of course no one signed my sticker but closed 5he bag with it. What's the purpose of the sticker ? What a waste.

I ordered 30 wings with 6 different sauces and they were terribly put together. They weren't tasty either so I will have to go elsewhere next time.

I get to eat here a lot since I work in the area. I like how the customer service is always good and they keep the spot well kept all the time. Pricing is reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.

Normal Buffalo wild wings, but the girl bartender with curly hair is the bomb. They give great service and it's always clean.
