While Hillcrest is a typical gift shop with cute enough products, the employees are rude! On multiple occasions, I have visited and was not greeted. Furthermore, I was practically ignored when inquiring about the price of a item, so much so, that when I was able to ask, they said it was not priced, and therefore, would not sell it to me. They have lost my business and well as the business of my friends and family, and we are locals! If you want a cuter selection and great customer service, drive half a mile down the road to Sage Hill! Sage Hill has better prices, better quality, and true southern hospitality!
