Shoe Dept. Encore

Nice selection of shoes. I don't understand having to wait for a shoe from the back. Must have a lot a theft but sucks having to wait at the cashier for the other shoe.

The Shoe Department Encore, is my go-to whenever I need affordable, last minute gifts and I am never disappointed when I stop by to shop. Additionally, the products I shop for are always in stock. Moreover, the front-end employees always greet customers as they are entering the store. I don't know about anyone else, but this kind gesture makes my shopping experience more pleasant.

I have been to this shoe store about 5 times in the last month and every time it has been an amazing experience! It is always clean and well organized and the ladies at the front always leave you with a smile! Thank you for your help finding my lost shoe!

I like shopping there, and they have friendly customer service, but what I didn't like is a box of shoes containing a size 8M and 8.5W boots, and a few was like that. Meaning customers or workers are switching shoes out of boxes to get a certain size. Just make sure to look at the shoe size of both shoes/boots/etc if you're not trying them on. Other than that, its OK.
