I would not recommend this place. Last night at 7:45 pm my daughter had brought her 11 yr old son up there to be seen due to a burn on his leg. She was told that even though they close at 8 pm they had checked in their last patient at 7:45 pm. She was then told to take him to the Emergency room. What type of office do you run when you turn away an 11 yr old with burns? I believe that the physician who was working there should have made that call, not the front office staff who checks patients in. Very unprofessional thing to do. And no where in the office or website does it say that they don't take patients in after 7:45. Sounds like the office staff needs better training on how to handle situations like that, being they aren't trained or practicing nurses or physicians to make those type of calls.

Have gone several times and also took my wife and will be sending my aunt today. Great folks and always friendly! We did have an issue one time but it WAS QUICKLY corrected. Great folks!

I have used this urgent care many times in the past and probably have been using them for a few years now when I cannot get in to be seen by my doctor. This particular time everything went smoothly when I was brought in the back. The nurses and doctor were mostly friendly. The front desk person on the other hand needs a few lessons on customer service and hospitality. I am suffering from a throat infection and can barely talk. The lady was very rude that it was hard for her to hear me. She asked if I had been exposed to COVID which I responded that I don't know. She told me COVID testing is $100, I said no I have medicaid. She said it doesn't cover. I said okay I don't want it I have medicaid. She then proceeded to tell me I need to stop doing what I'm doing. I was simply responding to her. I think as the front face of a business dealing with people as soon as they come in they need to do better. I almost wanted to walk out and go somewhere else but didn't because I am sick and made the drive. I let the doctor know and she was very cold about it as well. This will most likely be my last time at this urgent care. Don't waste your time here.nnEDIT: 2/4/2021 -- Today my boyfriend and I decided to give this urgent care one more try after our previous negative experience. 1. I had never had a bad experience here before that particular instance 2. Maybe it was just a bad day if only 1/10 of my experiences were bad.nnThe receptionist was cool and friendly so I thought off to a better start. My triage nurse that took vitals was also friendly. I explained to her that my boyfriend and I were both here to get treated for a strange rash. He is having the rash more severely but if it could be something contagious, we both wanted to get treated at the same time. Fast forward to me waiting for the doctor and I can hear my boyfriend with the doctor before me. Shortly after, here comes the doctor. This is the doctor I seen in my last visit that became rude. Immediately she was very rude and did not make eye contact with me. I briefly explained what we believed was going on. She shut it down, said we should just go to the dermatologist, listened to me breathe and left. It was like she had her mind made up before she came into the room. She did not listen nor was helpful. I know for a fact that a so called doctor should have some bedside manner in dealing with people that are having health issues. This lady had none. I wouldn't even want her waiting on me at a restaurant after this interaction. I am truly disgusted that this is who people see when they need medical attention. I will NEVER go back to this urgent care. I don't even think you can call it that at this point.

DO NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION HERE!!!nnI went in today to see what kind of sickness I’ve been suffering from - for 3 weeks. Of course, I got a precautionary covid test. But that was the only thing the practitioner was worried about. And it was very obvious she didn’t read my paperwork, as she didn’t know my name, my symptoms, or that I didn’t come solely for a covid test. And her attitude!! She rolled her eyes at me multiple times and basically told me that I came to the wrong place. Recommend I go to the ER, OBGYN, and GI doctor instead. AFTER I WAITED TWO HOURS!!! So I basically wasted time and money considering I left work to go to a doctors office that told me to just go to the emergency room.nnThe women at the front desk and nurses were very sweet and helpful. That being said, the people who actually diagnose you, don’t care about anything other than how many patients they can get in and out. Complete waste of time and I still have NO CLUE what’s wrong with me.nnThank you maxem health urgent care.

Took my boyfriend here 3 weeks ago to see a doctor because the side of his face started going numb. We waited for almost 2 hours with the receptionist rudely blowing him off and saying he was next every time he asked, so we just walked out. He ended up having a seizure 5 minutes after we left and had to be taken to the ER. We will not be going back nor recommending this place to anyone.
