My husband and I went to Chili’s in Hammond today at approximately 1:30pm and was told by the hostess that our wait time would be 30-45 minutes (4 tables occupied) because all of the servers worked a double and had to leave. We had to wait for the new servers to get there. We left... for good. Forever. Sorry to bother y’all.
Great food and service!
This Chili’s is always out of ribs! And the manager always has a different reason if you cannot cook enough for lunch or dinner to last you need to take them off menu . We have tried to come here three times in a weeks period at different times and been told they are out of ribs . The manager today kept looking the other way as we were trying to peak to her! Chilies needs to do better and hire a manager that cares,
Everyone at this location was very friendly and they were able to fill my order and bring it out to me. I had to go back to this location a couple of times and every time it was satisfactory
We had a great dinner at this location. Our server, Jordan, was absolutely impeccable with her service and timing, as well as menu recommendations. It was hands-down the best service we've had in a long time and we'll definitely be back!
