The customer service wasn't good at all. I know it takes time to cook wings if you don't call your order in but it shouldn't take 45 minutes. People came in after me and they left before I did, and yes they placed an order just like i did
This was a great stop in. We were running errands and were so hungry. They only had 2 servers that day, but those ladies did so good handling their tables and keeping a great attitude even though they were running crazy. Our food came out on time and was good and the drinks stayed full.
We had a couple of orders that didn't come out right, but the waitstaff was excellent and the food was B-Dub's. Can't complain too much.
Service was excellent, but the boneless wings were over cooked and hard to chew. Normally everything is up to par but being out of town and visiting a different location I overpaid for the little bit of french fries I got when I asked for a basket of fries. Only got 27. (Had to count them it looked so small) Must have ordered from the kids menu. Spent $40 with tip and left hungry. Wasn't very pleased to say the least
I just love their chicken tenders...they are my favorite...
