Each one of your staff was so kind, thoughtful, attentive and informative. I am so grateful. Thank you all so much. Choosing an urgent care clinic is difficult due to so many options. I’m glad I chose y’all. I made the right choice. Go Rajun Cajuns!

been waiting almost 2 hours to get the covid test. slow slow slow. the receptionist said it wouldnt be more the an hour.nnmy roommate needed to get tested also but doesn’t have insurance and instead of telling us that when we registered made us wait all that time just to tell us it would cost him 200$ + 50$ for the test. ridiculous place. they should tell you at the beginning while registering that it’ll cost this much if you don’t have insurance instead of wasting peoples time.

Out of all the urgent cares I’ve been to, this is definitely the best one! I don’t have a primary care doctor yet so this place is my go to for now. The facility is always very clean. There is rarely a wait time. And the entire staff from the receptionist, nurses, and NPs are super friendly and make me feel very comfortable. Although all the NPs there are absolutely wonderful, I really like Dr.Ashley. I see her usually every time I go there and she is really gentle, and truly cares about her patients. The staff will give you a receipt and a very long description of your visit , along with an additional care guide for whatever you may have going on. Depending on the severity of whatever you have going on, they do follow up calls within 1-7 days after your visit to check on you. I really appreciate this, as most clinics don’t do stuff like that. Thank you for always taking care of me!!

My provider really listened and seemed to care about me getting better. I really appreciated that. I've been here a few times and seen 2 different providers with the same level of great care. I wish I could find a regular Dr. who was as good.
