After a year-long absence from restaurants, we three (all fully vaccinated and taking precautions) decided to try Dempsey's Biscuit Co. for the first time. While not busy (it was a Monday night), the server greeted us quickly, seated us, and processed our orders promptly. The food soon arrived, and it was both abundant and delicious. We will return and recommend.

BEST MAC&CHEESE!!!!ndelicious brunch menu, my favorite is the Mac and cheese with chicken strips. Good prices and big portions. But expect up to an hour wait on weekends.

The biscuits were quite large, and they gave us an enormous amount of gravy. They tasted SO good!!! I have a pretty high heat tolerance, and the Nashville chicken reaper-style was even hot for me when eaten totally alone. One of the best I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly and the service was great.

This place is so good we came back the next day. In the past month I've been back four times. Dempsey's biscuit co makes up for the horrible food scene in Wichita. It was a pleasure having him as our server and I hope to get him again next time!
