Applebee's Grill + Bar

Horrible experience... again. Waited a long time for food. Systems were down so they didn’t accept cards. Asked for a refill and sides and never got it the entire time I was here. Food was undercooked. Do not recommend this location at all. Not much has changed with new management.

Decent food but I go with coworkers for the drink specials. There's a couple that taste amazing. Chicken has come out burnt a few times. But the spinach artichoke dip is amazing.

First visit since remodeling. First the good. The food was on par with Applebee's fair. The bad. Not even close to busy and staff standing around holding down there chairs. Appetizers are called appetizers for a reason. Don't serve them with the main course. There wasn't enough room on the table. What does your customer do then decide to eat the appetizers and let the main chill on the corner or eat the main and throw away the appetizer. Water took ten minutes. Last this place still smells of old food in the carpet. Whether the carpet is new or old customers don't care. Major failure to not remove the filthy smell. No one wants to smell that dirty, declining restaurant smell. Not in a hurry to return.

Food was good. Waitress was attentive. Wings didn't have much sauce and fries tasted old.nOtherwise a good experience!

The food was excellent after I had to have it remade. When it came out the first time everything was cold. The waiter was friendly and very apologetic. I don't blame the wait staff I blame the cooks. The manger did fix my meal right away though.
