Very rude staff with attitude. Waited for a call back for a week, said he would that day. Waited a week, then he lies and said he left a message. He never called me back I was home all day and never received a message. Tried to contact anther loan representative and she had a attitude the whole 5 minutes we spoke. As soon as my loan is paid off I definitely will never bank there again.

If it’s possible to give this bank a zero star, I would. Don’t ever bank with them because they are very disloyal. This bank makes transfers from my savings to my checking without letting me know. You don’t make decisions with people’s money just because you have access to it, I t’s wrong and illegal. If I have a 0 balance on my checking, then no payment should go through. You do not have the right to pull money out of my savings to my checking, you don’t have the right to move my money around. Such a weird bank and some of the staff are very unprofessional. One of the staff was interrogating a company that told her to go ahead and do a dispute that way my money can be refunded. I see no reason why she should question their judgement. Do not bank with them, your money is not safe.

Customer service is excellent. I like banking with them.
