I was looking for a certain brand of dog food and couldn't find it. When I went up to the checkout, I asked the employee there about it. A young lady with her keys and coat in her hand, obviously ready to go to lunch, said she would show me where it was. She took me to the isle where this type of dog food was (I don't know how I missed it). Showed me the different kinds and asked if I needed anything else. Very nice to help me. The gentleman at the front when I got some, asked me if I found everything I needed. Both were very nice and helpful.
I do appreciate that petco has moved to having a better higher quality of pet foods. Wish more would do so! I wish however that they carried a few more peripheral items. Such as a better selection of higher end supplements for cats w less additives.nAs well as a selection of winter items for outdoor animals. Many animal people w out door cats or dogs can use multiple size shelters, and outdoor rated heaters, as well as Straw which is what's needed for bedding to keep them warm in the shelters. Some of these things could be seasonally stocked items to care for animals in the cold months.nAll friendly helpful staff when i was there!
Petco recently enacted a policy to carry no products with artificial ingredients. I love that! And my Sasha loves that she is welcome in the store!
Change your hours on google if you're going to close at 7pm and not at the listed 8pm. Also, if someone is at the door of the establishment, it would be nice to at least acknowledge them and inform them that you close at 7 pm and the hours listed are wrong. Don't just stand there and pretend like you don't see the customer, it really shows the ethics of your business
The best and sweetest puppies visit this Petco, and the employees always take such good care of ours. Lots of varieties of dog food, fairly priced. Very much recommended.
