Kenny at trade homes is amazing! He helped me find the right size of shoes and I accidentally left a shopping bag from another store in there and he tracked me down to return the bag to me! So thankful. Great customer service!!
Best service I’ve experienced in long time from retail store. The associate who helped me (can’t remember his name) was FANTASTIC. He helped fit my 80 year old father with some new Keens. Great personality and very patient.
I went in the store with sopping wet feet. I've lived in Louisville 3 years and still had not invested in a pair of good rain boots. The manager, William Lyons, had wonderful customer service and people skills! He helped me find an amazing pair of boots (I usually don't spend so much on shoes but I'm so glad I did), helped dry my old wet shoes, and gave me a fresh pair of socks (since mine were soaked). My feet are skinny so he put something in the boots to help them fit better too. All around great experience!
Bought hunter boots and the gray socks, but we were given one short sock and one tall sock. When we went to exchange the socks they said that they would fix it. But they ordered the wrong size and told us that it’s unlikely they could get another pair.
Not sure what it takes to get the salespersons attention but apparently holding several pair of $150+ shoes while looking them over didn’t do the trick. The only time someone spoke to me was when we were exiting the store. If you want a nice pair of shoes I’d advise trying them on at this location and finding them online much cheaper. You’re supposed to pay extra for service so I’m not sure why they have a brick and mortar store. Our online/video review will be up shortly
