Sales clerk was super helpful. I am on my feet at work for hours at a time and she helped me select the best pair of shoes for me. I love the Dansko shoes I got. Will definitely shop here in the future.
Very disappointed. Bought shoes that creaked loudly. Called the store and the lady said dry cornstarch or powder under the insole. I bought in the summer and wore twice trying cornstarch to get the noise gone. It's been over 30 days so no refund, no store credit. I will have to find a new store. Very disappointed. I wish the lady I spoke to the week after I bought them would have pointed out the return policy since she knew I had an issue.
The shoes are a little pricey but well worth it. I need arch supports and these shoes fit the bill. They look nice too. Store clerk was extremely helpful and handled 3 customers at once.
Spent an hour and a half. Found the perfect shoe for a major trip. Buy one get one 50% off. Clerk ordered wrong type of insole. Neither customer service nor store manager was any help. Now I have to go find another pair somewhere else to leave tomorrow.
Wanted to try on at least 5 different shoes, they didn't have any in my size (average woman's). Ordered online and received email the next morning that they were out of stock. Six days later and I haven't received the $78.36 release of funds on my card. The Walking Co blames the bank. The bank blames The Walking Co. Totally unacceptable.
