Terrible customer service. Drove all the way from downtown out to Oxmoor and the store is supposed to be open. Doors are locked- even though the sign on the door says they are open at 3pm in the afternoon on a Monday. Called the store and no answer. Not happy at all when I am simple trying to return a pair of shoes I ordered online. Will not be purchasing shoes from them again. So much easier to order and ship back to Zappos.
Tyler was great in helping me find a shoe for my hard to fit feet. I'll definitely shop there again!

I own several pairs of Clark’s - wonderful comfortable footwear. Having a local store and being able to walk in and try on shoes is just perfect. They have a good assortment of Clark shoes. Oxmoor is convenient and easy in and out shopping.
