even with the pandemic going on this was a great place to find my husband's clothes. The staff was friendly and curtious. Thank you for a great time.
The manager there who handles displays(didn’t catch his name) is so very nice. I guess I’m a complicated customer bc I’m always spending 15 min or longer checking out, but every time I come in he’s there and is so patient and kind. He’s also accommodating and helpful, making sure I get my rewards and discounts. Last time I was there (like most visits) I came in right before they closed. He took care of my in store transactions, and then offered to order my online items in store so I could take advantage of the free 2-3 day shipping! At this point they were already closed, so for him to take the extra time to do this was honestly some of the best customer service I’ve received at any retail store. He did not act irritated or rush through anything. He stayed friendly and we even had a lengthy conversation about retail merchandising! I work in retail and I know how important great customer service is and how hard it is to find these days. This guy is a gem of an employee and will no doubt run this store one day!
I love J.Crew clothing, but the staff always seems put out to be there. I'll be shopping online.
I wish I fit into these clothes. Almost as cool a clothing company as Banana Republic.
