Bad customer service, cashed check and they didn’t even bother to ask me how I wanted the change.. line was so long I didn’t want to go back always a terrible experience here
Lobby is closed unless you have an appointment. When I tried to make an appointment to open a checking account for my son who is in school, I was told that they could not make appointments after 4:00 pm. The manager told me to go to another location.
Said they were open when in fact the whole facility was closed

Every time I go into this branch I’ve had a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and fast.
