This absolutely the worst bank. Yet again on Saturday the drive thrus are closed and only two tellers working. Very inefficiently I might add. We where there almost an hour and a half to make a deposit. This is consistent with this location. If you live in Hiram I would suggest using a different bank completely if you don't like spending over an hour in line any time you need to do in person banking. They should really just close the location.
I wish there was a lower rating. This is the worst branch of the worst bank. Olivia Tafur was especially rude and condescending. Covid nazis making elderly wait outside in the hot sun. Inhumane. Appalling.
WORST BANK EVER! ATM will not accept its own money after you withdraw......FIX ATM MACHINE NO ONE WANTS TO GO INSIDE TO SEE YOUR FACES
Everyone was super friendly. I spoke with Christian and she was very helpful getting a home equity loan started for me.
