Extremely poor service. I have asked for a return call for over a week to no avail. Receptionist says I'll take a message and Joe Ford will call you back. A week later, I'm holding for over 30 minutes! This is after Joe said loans are approved on 24 hours. The attitude regarding the unavailability of Joe is deplorable and reflects in the negative for this bank. Rest assured, they think highly of vhf themselves!
This is the only bank in town (probably twenty banks) that actually got off their behinds to go check their vault for specific coins. Everyone else would just tell us no. And we don't even bank with them. Absolutely wonderful costumer service
