We showed up at 11:30 on a Saturday, they close at noon, and there was a line. The man was patient with the lady in front of us to an impressive point because she was driving us crazy on and off her phone adding more and more stuff, not knowing sizes, or whatever. The man tried to hurry to get to everyone as fast as he could, apologized a few times for the wait. Which to me seemed pretty quick other than the one customer. They had exactly what we needed for my daughters mobile home. He helped load it, took the money and even with they one customer we were on and out before noon.nPlease have the sizes you need for doors and windows and maybe some type of clue what you are looking for before going and getting in a line.

Excellent service and prices. They went out of their way to help us get the right parts, and was so gracious when we needed to make an exchange due to a mistake on our part. Absolutely worth the drive to Gainesville!
