Bought a gun at a show in LA. Was my first ar rushed me through it when it had problems it took 50 emails to one response. Never got it resolved would NEVER do business again with them

Bought a product from these folks. Unfortunately, it had major issues. So I reached out to ask if they could help me out with getting it fixed or sent back on warranty. After a few days I got an email saying they would call me to discuss. Seemed like progress. Then I just never heard from them again. I even sent a couple of messages letting them know when I would be available to discuss. Would love to get this fixed so I can give them a better review.

Purchased from them at a show in Huntsville this morning. They had exactly what I wanted, were very helpful and didn't even charge the standard 3% for credit card transaction. Look for them if you attend a show. Recommended!

Had the pleasure of meeting these guys at a gun show today. I am in process of building my first AR. Both he and his lady were very pleasurable and knowledgeable. When I got there I had several parts for the gun and ending up buying just about everything else that I needed to complete my build. Not only did he put my lower together and build my upper he also walked me through the process as he did it. He was very patient as I had numerous questions and he was also starting to get busy at his exhibit. I would recommend this company and will definitely use Don in as many future purchases I need in the future.

I placed an order with Delta three tactical because their website lead me to believe they had the item I wanted in stock. That was misleading. Then when they hadn't shipped it after a week I started getting curious. I sent an email and placed a few phone calls trying to get in contact with them. After receiving no reply to my email--that I sent to their customer service--I attempted to use the built in messenger on their website. I received an email from that messenger service telling me that my message could not be delivered. After that I decided to email them and cancel my order. I emailed that exact same customer service email address that never replied to my first email. This time they replied telling me my order was canceled and they emailed me again telling me some one else's order was cancelled--did that guy a favor. Any ways, they were speedy to reply when I was telling them to cancel my order but not when I wanted to know what was going on with that order. So, stay away from these guys. Their inventory is a bunch of hog wash and they don't tell potential costumers if items are back ordered or even in stock. Then they'll avoid you if you want some answers.
