Bad customer service.nMade an appointment to get info on a FHA and was told they didn’t do them they only did personal loans then was told why I didn’t go online and just do it and then was left there and told to do it on my phone because they actually do do them lol what was the point of making the appointment if I wanted to do it online I would have .
Teller waited until she was going to hand me my money to tell me about a $7.50 fee. I'm looking for a new bank, and definitely won't use Wells Fargo Bank.nnYour responses are like a broken record! You always ask people to do something else. That's exactly why you are losing customers.
