Loved the customer service and beautiful shoes and very polite workers!! Would definitely recommend
Great place to shop for shoes with competitive prices. Interesting the employees don’t seem to smile much and the temperature seems to always be slightly too warm. I could deal with warmth if the employees were more engaging and helpful. Seems like a great opportunity for customer service training.
Ken, the cashier was not helpful, but this wasn't the first time. I shop there often and he has no customer service, very short with his words. Another associate asked what happened , I didnt even want to get into it. If he's there I probably won't shop that day.
They are patient and show gr8 customer service. The shoe selection is enough to find something that u like. Good place to shop.
Was ok. One of the ladies at the register wasn't very customer oriented almost kind of rude and like she didn't care or had time to help me out. By the way this is the first time that happened
