This used to be the best branch in the area. The staff that had been there for years was let go and replaced by complete morons! Unprofessional would be and understatement.
This BoA branch, it's manager & one specific teller, Shanica, did an incredible job today! I had a rather complicated transaction which had to be dealt with and was fretting over it for a few days prior to visiting this bank. I wanted to properly convey my needs and hoped for a smooth transaction; My concern was releived upon meeting Shanica, who immediately recognized the complexity of my situation and suggested a convenient and quick solution to resolve my needs. The manager there is amazing. She is always helpful. Very knowledgeable and quick to please. She keeps my business running smoothly and for that I’m grateful.
Security person said we are only available on appointment. No deposits or other services even notice is back of the door he asked me to read
If you in a rush don't go to this location. I stood in line for thirty minutes just to cash a check. Only one teller to help five ppl in line. Everyone else was just in their cubbies. Smh first n last time stopping here.
