Wow -Were do I start the manager should be fired he is soooooo rude.When I told him that I called the number on Saturday and his voice said that they were closed he denied it like I have nothing better to do than make that up but not just that he has been rude every time I have had any inter action with him.I am about to be a former customer after 20 years Thanks to this fool -keep up the sorry customer relations and see how long you last!!!!
Talked to manager about my account overdraft and had the worst experience then talking to a third grade associate. He was so rude not there to help.nPathethic customer service. I wish he should be sent home if he is not there to work and help
I find the tellers and staff very friendly. I am always greeted by name. We are very satisfied with the personnel and operation of this branch.
