The customer service at this bank is terrible! I’ve tried to use this branch on 3 different occasions and each time the people working there are rude and disrespectful. They also seemed to make up their own rules - totally different procedures at the Loganville branch and they people there are helpful and friendly. Would give Snellville Branch zero stars if possible!
This bank says it’s branded with Suntrust but wouldn’t let me use my card. The teller was extremely rude and kept saying I can’t make a withdrawal it’s a “cash advance” absolutely ridiculous.

This bank has unsatisfactory service. If you don't have 100k in the bank they treat you like they do not want to see you. Jissilea, I believe is how your spell her name, helped me deposit 500$ in the bank. 7/1/16 2:40 p.m. She was just disrespectful to help me. If you don't want to work then do not work. Corporate? Yes please! Will they car? Reviews say they won't...
I don't have an account here, but my husband and I have visited this branch to make deposits for others, cash checks, and even return 'lost and found' checks. The reception has never been welcoming, in fact unfriendly and rude. The associates are unprofessional and make no attempts to assist customers. Banks typically look to recruit new customers; however, I don't think that is the mission of this particular branch based on the way they treat potential customers. If one is unhappy with where he or she works, please seek employment elsewhere. When you are dealing with the public good customer service should be a priority. You never know who customers are when they walk into your bank. #CelebNotImpressed
