I’ve been coming to this bank for many years and I’ve always loved it, the staff was always friendly and prompt and I don’t know what’s happened in the last year or so but I literally can’t get anyone on the phone, can’t make an appointment without something going wrong and the wait times in the bank are horrendous. I gave them the benefit of the doubt in the beginning because of COVID but when I visit other branches I never have the same negative experience. I will avoid this branch in the future and if you have an option I’d suggest you avoid it as well.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The teller seemed to be bothered that I wasn't a Bank of America customer and was making a deposit for someone else and she also refused to provide me with a routing number which, if you didn't know, can be found online. The manager was condescending and seemed as though she was being inconvenienced to assist anyone. Even after she (reluctantly) helped me with my request, she made an snide, underhanded comment as I walked away. If I never set foot in this branch again, I'll be happy. Thank you for reminding me why I am NOT a Bank of America customer. If I could post zero stars, I would.

This is the most unorganized and understaffed branch of Bank Of America in Georgia. They close when they want without letting customers know. You show up and there just closed. No drive thru. The staff is more concerned with laughing and chatting with one another than assisting the customers. I stood in line 30 minutes to cash a check. But since I'm not an BANK OF AMERICA account holder of course im punished. Immediately I'm told of a Fee before even being asked for an ID. Then I'm told to have a seat because there procedure is different for non account holders. I sit for 15 more mi utes only to have a staff take time away from engaging with other employees to walk over and say I'm sorry inorder to cash your check we would need account verification and theres no one here that can help you. You can go to your Bank. WOW!! A BANK OF AMERICA CHECK and they cant/wont cash it. Now I See Why I Will Never Bank Here.

Worst bank in America is what it should have be called. Closed my account just because I wanted to do a money transfer and they said what I was doing was fraud. When did sending money become a fraud when it is real money. Please make that make sense. Not only did they close my account with all my money in it, I have no access to my money for the next 10-15 days until I get it in check form in the mail. How dare you take money from someone that they worked hard for. Do yourself a favor and bank with someone else that doesn’t still money from you for no reason
