I live in Indiana, but I always take my son here for his routine CBC that he has to have done every year. I'm willing to make the drive for better care!nThe staff is so friendly and gentle with my son. We were in and out within 30 minutes.

We have had only the best experiences at this Norton Children's location. The staff is so kind and courteous from the moment you arrive. Almost no wait times (or we got lucky!) and everyone from the front desk to the docs, nurses, and practitioners are incredibly attentive and compassionate. I think we are very fortunately to have them in our community!

Extremely expensive (but what healthcare facility isn't?). I was sent here by my daughter's pediatrician this evening due to her having a high fever. This is the third time I've been here, and the second time I've been fobbed off with a nurse practitioner. Both times this has happened, I've asked to see an MD, which has happened, but tonight, the doctor questioned why I wanted to see him. Is everyone so brainwashed by the healthcare system that parents don't advocate for their children? I knew tonight's visit would cost us several hundred dollars, so why wouldn't I expect to see an MD? As I attempted to pay for tonight's visit, I was told, albeit by a very nice receptionist, that no ER visit is ever less than $1,000. Why and how is that okay?

Excellent! My baby recently had a scan under sedation here, and it was a great experience (if you have to be in this situation). He was given light sedation to help ease his anxiety before getting his IV. They also numbed his skin. He never even cried. He was so relaxed when they carried him back. They also brought him back before waking up from the full sedation, which meant that he was never scared. I really appreciate this! And the radiologist had report done that afternoon with good news. Also a beautiful facility that has a lot of child-centered details. We even got a sweet card from them the next week wishing our little guy well.

Really rude receptionist. Why would a foster parent not be allowed to provide Medicaid number information at time of service? I understand HIPPA, but for Pete’s sakes I’m not trying to steal information, I’m trying to provide it for you to avoid a HUGE unnecessary “self pay” bill. — Which was received
