While traveling in our RV for an extended vacation our generator decided to stop running. We called EES asked if they would be able to pull our generator and diagnose our issue. This team of professionals could not have been nicer. They accommodated us on short notice. We arrived at the shop and they had our generator out of the RV in less than 2 hours. We thought we might have to come back after the holiday to pick it up but they had it repaired in 2 days just in time for us to move on to our next stop. Being as the July 4th weekend was upon us, they were only working 1/2 day but they told us to come back and they would put it in before they left for the weekend. Our generator was fixed in an expedited manner and at a reasonable price. If you need a generator repaired and are in the area, we highly recommend these guys. Thanks again for your exceptional service.
