One of the most respectable establishments in Douglasville!! I purchased my huskavanna last year, and it’s the best thing I ever done as a lawn service owner!! I recommend this company to all lawn care providers!!
Totally great. No nonsense. They know their stuff and will just tell you straight up. I brought my Husqvarna 450 Rancher chainsaw in to fix the chain brake and they just did it right there on the spot, no charge. This is my new spot for all things lawn.
I had them come out to pick up my old lawnmower in the hopes of repairing it. They were super friendly and very upfront about the cost that would be incurred should they do the repairs. I was advised to invest my money in a new mower because of the total cost of the repair would be almost the amount of a new model anyway due to all the work needed. Of course he left the final decision to me and I really appreciated the upfront method of interaction. I will definitely be using these guys in the future if I ever have need!
Great group. Took care of me this morning.
Took my self propelled CRAFTSMAN IN ON 8/18/20. Would crank, but not continue to run. Vansant supposedly rebuilt the carb, removed and flushed fuel tank and lines. Changed oil and filter. Charged me $160 and didn't even sharpen the blade.nnI picked the mower up, brought it home Nd cut the grass once. Went to cut the grass yesterday? And it is doing the exact same thing. And this is with fresh non ethanol gasoline.nnCalled them, they said bring it back. I did this morning. Sign on the wall says 30 day guarantee on all work The same individual took it in again and gave me an invoice that said sometime in 14 days they will cAll me with an estimate. Last time? I had to call them ti see if it was ready.nnAdd to that, the individual they have working their counter? Has absolutely no people or business skills in my opinion and observation of dealing with twice now.nnI am very unsatisfied with this company and their services right now.
