Great experience, my first time there! Good customer service!
All around this store is horrible.. will never spend a dime here. Did a same day delivery and guess what no shoes and I’m having problems getting my shipping fee refunded back to me.
Could not order shoe due to only 7 pairs left in the company, shoe was found in the size I needed 35 mins away at City Gear an affiliated store but I wouldn't be able to use the Hibbett merchandise card there, so not only an I being inconvenienced by driving 35 mins out of the way because I couldn't order, now I have to pay out of pocket again. I was told the shoe would be the same price, well guess what?! Nooo, it was not! The $49.99 shoe was $76 at an affiliated store! Just wait until corporate hears about this in the am!
Not enough customer friendliness! And my son purchased a pair of shorts and the young man that entered the sale left the security device on.
Hibbet is one of my fav. shoe stores. It's always neat, clean, has great deals, excellent product and professional employees with exceptional customer service!
