TERRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL!! Never go here for shoes, never go here for new releases!

I had a pleasant experience on both occasions. There's 2 individuals that I would like to thank for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Both Jay and Janae' k/a J ..hopefully, I spelled names correctly? I made a purchase for my husband on a Saturday the pants were a little short for him, we both took items back on Sunday after church and Omg!!!! Janae was everything!! Sweet personality, and she made both my husband and I comfortable. Listen, anybody that can understand how challenging my husband is with certain clothes can get him to step out of his comfort zone.. is alright with me lol. They need no stars worring about hoodies bish, it's cold kill urself, never will get any of my money!

When in store they asked my son to remove hoodie. Then followed though store. I was told this was a store policy. Yet, this is not shown in writing anywhere in store. That should be on your front window. I just wanted to purchase my son some birthday shoes. He is instant reminded that being a black son, you are instant treated unfair...even when your mom is there. What a gift.This store is mainly supported by the black culture. DTLR, are you racist? If you do not like hoodie, why is your store. Full of them? So this is a F Y I .....where you spend your money matter. Support company that support life and freedom of choice.... Hoodie do not kill...people do.

I am not a fan of thrashing people or businesses but the policy that DTLR has is a horrific business model. I went in the store and could not I find my size for my son. We checked several other stores and we came back and settled on another shoe! My son tried on the left shoe and they were a good fit so we went to the counter pay for the shoes and I went on my way.nnSeveral hours later I saw the particular shoe that I really wanted online so I decided the next day I will return the shoes to get my money back to purchase the other shoes. I was one of the first customers to enter the store the next day and spoke with the manager.... she was very cordial but immediately informed me that I cannot return my shoes and she can only give me a store credit even though the shoes had not been worn and I had a receipt!nnCome to find out 2 1/2 feet away from the register there’s a sign that says store credit only if you use a debit card .....and a full return if you use a credit card! Don’t understand why this is so?..... because the transaction was made just a few hours ago when you took my money but now when I asked for a back you have a problem?! So in my mind I’m trying to figure out how did they come up with this idiotic policy?! ... One guess is because maybe they have a lot of people of color who patronize this business and many of them do not have credit cards and use cash or debit cards to pay for the purchases?! Either way on the other side of town when you go to Academy sports, footlocker, Dicks sporting goods they are not trying to bamboozle you out of your money! I guess this is DTLR’s way of paying homage to the large number of its clientele that patronizes this evil enterprise!....This is my first time ever buying anything from this company and It definitely will be my last! ..... Maybe you guys should make it a policy to tell your customers their options before they pay! This post was made by the newest anti-DTLR fanboy!..... Ya’ll need to go and kick rocks!
