We have been longtime members of Regions Bank. We came in today to address some fraudulent charges on our account. - chairs are six feet from the desk in the middle of the branch....we have to basically yell our personal matters across the room. We asked if we could be in an office since this set up is so ridiculous for banking. She said no. We then proceeded to sit and go over everything on the account....Tracy, the banker, was so incredibly rude. Very demeaning, talking over us, sighing as we explained our end of it. We’ve never experienced someone so rude in a bank that we have been members of for so many years. Customer service skills seriously need to be re-trained at this branch. This service was completely unacceptable.
Place is absolute trash! They need to shut it completely down and fire all the employees. They are all rude and are jokes of employees! One can’t even count and double count money correctly!nnPlace is literally never open. A region director needs to step in and fix this disaster of a bank
Need more than one teller working the drive thru - there’s always 2-3 cars waiting with 1 teller. I wish the one on Fairburn road didn’t close. I miss those girls and they always had 2 working the drive thru and even when it was busy one of the tellers from the front would help. Ugh !
Very nice customer service.
Regions is the worst bank. Don’t bank with them.
