Excellent customer service and employees make me feel welcome
DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!! i have had MULTIPLE problems on MULTIPLE occasions with them. You'll also never know when you can deposit/ withdraw, or have access to money deposited in the night deposit box because they like to change their hours, and days of operation with no notice to their customers. On TWO separate occasions now i have put money in the night deposit box on Friday night and then not been able to access my money because they've decided not to open on Saturday with no warning, no signs on any doors, and their online hours of operation showing they'd be open from 10- noon. I WILL BE withdrawing my money and finding another bank, and I'd advise anyone else looking for a financial institution to do the same.
We've used this bank since it was Douglas County Bank. When the bank changed to Ameris, they transferred all the good friendly employees and replaced them with tellers who act like you're interrupting their day.
