You need to open back up other Bank of America’s! We can’t all be going to just one! It’s an absolute nightmare, the line is out the door no matter what time of the day! It makes no sense! ATMs and online apps aren’t enough, stop being so cheap!!

It is always full. They dont have enough clerks. They need to open more bank of america in Douglasville GA.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful however, it is not uncommon to wait outside for 45 minute in order to get to a clerk. SEVERELY understaffed.

So even in the pandemic this branch was very helpful and courteous. I am actually out of town from NY. Nanhe was very delightful. She was very efficient, gave me a temporary card to use in tbe mean time. Thank you so much!
