Your Customer Service Representative was so friendly and helpful. She corrected my problem very quickly.
This location is one of the least friendly places I have been. It has been an issue to get cashiers check, deposit things, withdraw things. I have been told that it MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE to get a cashiers check due to their system AT LEAST 3 times. That said... I always feel like I am putting them off by pulling up.nnWith that said, I have plans to transfer banks entirely. I do not recommend dealing with this location if you do choose to deal with Ameris.
Zero stars is my true rating for HQ operations not the local branch. Stay away from this 1960s operation that still requires transactions to be mailed to their corporate office because local branches arent empowered to deal with local issues. Georgias Own is a much better bank and has empowered local customer support. Remember, i warned you. Account cancelled.
