My daughter and I have been satisfied customers forever. We love the friendly atmosphere and personal care that we receive on every visit. They have a great selection of frames and eye ware.
I was in need of new glasses stat and had been calling around to different offices. Due to the pandemic, the closest dates I had been able to find were like 2 weeks away. I called Eye Connection and the person on the other end was funny and helpful. He made me laugh when all I had wanted to do was cry. They had a spot just open up and I took it. I didn’t know what to expect upon arriving at the office, but I was pleasantly surprised! (At the previous 2 different optometrist offices I had used I had a bad experience at both of them so I was a little bit nervous.) The staff was very warm and welcoming. I finally got to meet the man from the phone call the day before and he was genuinely hilarious and we had a heartwarming chat. The optometrist was very thorough and patient. Everyone I came into contact with there had genuine spirits of compassion! I highly recommend this place!!!!!
They were very patient with the kids. We had to leave the first time due to time constraints, but they fit us in as walk-ins for a refitting as soon as we walked in. They are genuinely sweet people who care about their work.
My daughters and I all wear glasses and this place is the best place for my family and I. The prices are just right for me and they are very family orientated. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because they really know what they’re doing.
I have been with them for almost ten years. They offer excellent service and an atmosphere that is absolutely wonderful. I cannot imagine purchasing eyewear from anywhere else. They are outstanding in every aspect of the eyewear shopping experience. They get the highest rating possible!
